Our restaurant has the pleasure to have Victor Trochi, a Michelin-Starred chef who offers food styles ranging from market cuisine, such as typical Catalan dishes, to signature cuisine, international and fusion cooking. He always cooks with local products from our own vegetable garden or local farms, all combined with an extensive range of wines and cava from our cellar and a list of more than 40 wines.
Victor was awarded as culinary professional as well as sommelier in Argentina; He tanned between the kitchens of Martín Berazategui, El Bulli Hotel and Hacienda Benazuza.
Victor's kitchen has been awarded several times:
· Best breakfast in Spain
· He obtained a first Michelin star for the restaurant Skina in Marbella and another for the restaurant Les Magnòlies in Arbúcies
· Won the Best Restaurant Dessert
· He was third cook of the year
· Best Codorniu appetizer
· Award "cooking our flavors", among others.
He always works with one goal: "that the food is rich and that the service is pleasant"
And he always has the same motto: "The important thing is not the achievements or the awards, but the daily life, hat which is what really fills us..."
